We have an exciting opportunity to join **#TeamEMR** as a **Customer Welcome Host** based at our Northants stations, which include Kettering, Wellingborough and Corby.

**This is a part time role working 22.5 hours a week.** You will work around a 8 person roster, covering mornings, evenings and weekends.

**What will your duties as a Customer Welcome Host include?**
- Greeting customers at the gatelines and directing them to where they're going
- Checking customer train tickets as they pass through the gate
- Delivering outstanding levels of service to our customers at all times
- Providing customers with advice and guidance as necessary
- Supporting on the platform when required to assist passengers
