An extremely successful and established communications company based in Coventry are looking for a bright Sales Support applicant to join their team.

This is a key role within a busy but fun office

As a Sales Support Admin you will provide proactive support to customers ,the sales team and directors daily. Whilst working within the company’s values.

- You have excellent customer service skills
- A people person with a friendly and professional phone manner
- Dedicated to work within the companies values
- You have attention to detail as placing the orders correctly first time is key.
- Love the buzz of working in a busy customer environment

**What you will be doing**:

- Interacting with key customer accounts
- Understanding the product portfolio to advise customers
- Answer customer queries
- Provide administration support to our sales team
- Update the CRM system
- Ensure all data entry is accurate
- Completion of business reports
- Processing sales orders
- End to end management of sales orders
