As a Sales Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our retailers, customers, and sales staff. Your responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, handling technical enquiries, and resolving customer issues and warranty claims. Your excellent organisational skills will be put to use in various office administration tasks, such as processing customer orders, preparing reports using MS Office, and managing stock control and inventory.

In addition to your office-based responsibilities, you may also have the opportunity to participate in trade shows and events, where you can showcase our products and engage with customers. This role may occasionally require flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent knowledge of MS Office and a high level of attention to detail. Experience with Sage Accounts 50 would be beneficial, but not essential.

Manage stock control and inventoryThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from £23,000 to £26,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a permanent full-time position, and a driving licence and reliable transportation are required.
