**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment**:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies.
**HR Policy Development**:
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.
- Communicate and educate employees on company policies and ensure their adherence.
**Accreditations**:
- Manage the process of obtaining and maintaining relevant industry accreditations and certifications.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and standards.
**Employee Challenges**:
- Act as a point of contact for employees facing challenges and concerns, providing guidance and support.
- Implement conflict resolution strategies when necessary to maintain a harmonious workplace.
**Company Training and Coaching**:
- Identify training needs across the organization and develop training programs.
- Coordinate coaching and mentoring initiatives to enhance employee skills and career development.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in HR management, including recruitment and policy development.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations in the UK.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs is a plus.
