**Job Description** Role**:Continuous Improvement Facilitator

**Location**: Warrington
(this role is site-based and will require you to be onsite four days a week)

**Employment Type**: Permanent, Full Time

We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Facilitator to take our operation to the next level, working across our Warrington site, we need you to lead in our efforts of becoming world-class.

Your team will work closely with Operations and Technology to develop solutions to our biggest customer and operational problems. This role sits in the Operations Excellence team, and is embedded in the Gousto Supply Project team to support cross-functional collaboration.

You'll be part of our Warrington Continuous Improvement team (part of the Operations Development function), who are responsible for driving performance improvement and leading change initiatives across the site. Your role as part of this team will be to standardise and develop processes, identify and remove waste, improve our cost base and on-time in full experience (OTIF), and champion continuous improvement.

If we’re truly to become the nation’s loved way to eat dinner we will need to have in place a robust operational platform across all of our sites.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Facilitating the operations environment to drive and own site-based improvement projects
- Providing project plans, clear communication and managing cross-functional stakeholders
- Working hand-in-hand with our Operations team to understand their biggest pain points, and opportunities and embed solutions
- Conducting assessments of processes and systems to understand the biggest opportunities to improve OTIF, efficiency and/or colleague engagement
- Analyse and use data to understand problems and opportunities and measure the success of change

**About this role**:

- Based at the Gousto Warrington Fulfilment Centre - in our flagship, high-tech factory site
- Reporting to the Warrington Continuous Improvement Manager
- Flexibility to work up to one day from home per week
- Infrequent travel to our London office and Clay Lake partner site (once / twice every couple of months)

**Qualifications** Who you are**:

- You have a background in operations, supply chain or consulting
- Have experience in project management and/or change delivery
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities easily
- You’ve delivered cross-functional operational change projects independently or with limited support
- An ability to quickly build valuable relationships that you leverage to take people with you through change
- Your ability to bring operational data to life is a critical part of your skillset - you are highly analytical, able to confidently use core data tools such as Google Sheets / Excel and manipulate raw data effectively
- Industry experience across FMCG / E-commerce / Consumer Goods will be an advantage
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
