Quality Improvement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Improvement Manager to join our team at Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital. As a key member of our Patient Safety and Care Improvement Team, you will play a critical role in enhancing the performance and efficiency of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Support the delivery of national patient safety improvement programmes, building capacity and capability in quality improvement methodology and coaching skills.
- Develop and implement QI programmes to support delivery of national patient safety programmes.
- Provide coaching support of projects and patient safety initiatives across the organization and externally.
- Coordinate, support, and train in the use of complex quality improvement tools and techniques.
- Collaborate and engage with colleagues, wider stakeholders, and patients using a structured method to design, test, and implement change.
- Apply real-time measurement for improvement in safety, effectiveness, and the experience of care.

Requirements- Working towards or educated to Master's degree or equivalent level of experience.
- Evidence of continuous personal professional development.
- Demonstrable experience of Quality Improvement methodology and its use in healthcare settings.
- Demonstrable experience in coaching for quality improvement.
