**6+ month ongoing**
During the Requirements and Procurement stages of the ERP Programme:
- Provides leadership, knowledge and input on Purchase to Pay (P2P) best practices and specifies future P2Pprocesses and business requirements.
- Understands the programme’s strategic objectives and ensures future P2P process designs and functional requirements deliver desired outcomes.
- Reviews current P2P process material to develop a high-level understanding and to ensure the full breadth of processes are considered in the future process design and requirements.
- Provides sign-off of future process designs and detailed functional requirements for P2P.
- Flags any issues or risks that arise in relation to their area of expertise and advises on mitigation strategies.
- Evaluates tender responses for P2Pduring the procurement stage.
- Lead for P2P on delivering the agreed data preparation strategy, including data cleansing, for the programme.
- Leads on preparing for the change including delivery of any identified early improvements and addressing any blockers.
- Any other duties as may be deemed necessary to carry out the full remit of the role.
During the Implementation stage of the ERP Programme:
- Leads the design for future P2Pprocesses, specifying required future business processes and software configuration requirements.
- Reviews, inputs to and signs-off future process documentation and standing operating procedures for the new P2P solution.
- Leads on service preparation and test execution for user acceptance testing for P2P with support from the programme’s testing team.
- Reviews and signs-off training material to ensure alignment with future processes and wider P2P service requirements.
- Assesses the change impact on the existing organisation of the future processes, develops and manages the business readiness plan for P2P.
- Supports with communication and engagement and knowledge transfer activities (e.g. floor walking support) required to develop users’ (both professional and business) understanding of the new processes and system.
- Leads with data cleansing activities related to P2Pworking with the Data Migration Lead and in line with the Data Migration Strategy for the programme.
- Leads for P2P during and post go-live to support users in early life and to ensure business changes are embedded effectively and issues are identified and escalated appropriately.
- Any other duties as may be deemed necessary to carry out the full remit of the role.
