Pay rate: £11.00

Duration : 6 months

Full work address: Huskison Way, Shirley, Solihull, B90

Working hours: 37 hours - once trained can be hybrid - 3 days in office 2 from home

**Responsibilities**:

- You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced Customer Service Environment to agreed targets and KPIs, you'll also be proactive, professional and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
- Utilise multiple software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat to produce high quality employment contracts.
- Undertake a range of HR administration duties including production of employee correspondence, data audits and updating employee files, ensuring that high levels of data accuracy are maintained.
- Understand and be compliant with the corporate data protection and confidentiality policies.
- Act as an advocate for People Services within the business and encourage adoption.

Qualifications and experience
- Experience working in an administration/data input role, preferably within a HR Shared Services environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience of administering employment contracts a benefit but not essential
- Strong communication skills (written and oral) with all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a high-pace and deadline-driven atmosphere and enjoy working under pressure
- Logical thinker who can solve problems quickly
- Team player who can support, coach, and encourage others
- Whilst a CIPD (or equivalent qualification) is not essential, an understanding of a HR environment or experience within an administration environment is essential.
