Job Introduction
Support the Executive Director in formulation and implementation of HR strategy in line with strategic business direction. Work closely with key internal stakeholders and represent the business with external bodies. An HR expert, acting in an advisory and specialist capacity, responsible for internal delivery of all HR initiatives. Work closely with the business to ensure that our management population are confidently equipped to lead their people.

Main Responsibilities
You will be working with the Executive Director in HR strategy formulation and implementation, and deliver continuous organisational performance improvements and ensuring that HR administration is handled efficiently and effectively through the Shared Services team. You will be working in partnership with the business in ensuring internal HR services align with business strategy and leading annual PPA and pay review process. You will be leading on regular employee benefit reviews and leading on the management of expatriate employees and internal group transfers/ placements from a payroll and taxation perspective. You will be responsible for the in-house resourcing team to ensure a proactive approach to recruiting the skills required to deliver the company’s current and future objectives.

You will have a minimum of five years HR experience with experience and knowledge of HR operations and generalist activities, as well as experience of TUPE transfers and managing expatriate employees preferred. You will have experience of annual compensation and benefits review processes, recruitment activities (including interviews) and employee relations conflicts resolution as well as experience of working with and influencing business leaders. You will have the capacity to work at both operational or strategic levels to meet business requirements.
