SF have partnered with an organisation in Solihull who are looking for an HR Co-ordinator on a permanent basis. Having recently recruited a new Head of HR, they are keen to bring someone in to work closely with them to learn, develop, and carry out a very generalised role in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Recruitment and onboarding
- Supporting with ER casework including disciplinaries/grievances/sickness/absence management etc
- General day to day HR administration
- Maternity/paternity processing
- Processing flexible working requests
- Co-ordinate and support with HR projects
- Supporting finance function with payroll
- Overseeing the HR system and leading any further development

Locations: Solihull, Shirley, Birmingham, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Coventry
