Our head office is based in Surbiton and has over 200 employees, plus numerous visitors every year. Due to continued expansion we are looking for an Office Manager to join our facilities team. This role is office based.

If you have facilities or building management experience and take pride in where you work, this could be the role for you.

**Job Description**:

- Office walk arounds to ensure the upkeep of the office is in line with ACS group standards
- Ensure the timely fixing of any identified issues e.g. leaks,
- Ensuring office is complaint with H&S obligations
- Manage our company flats (based in Kingston), including maintenance, utility bills etc.
- Manage our car fleet
- Support on ad hoc projects as required as part of facilities team

**Qualifications**:

- Super organized with the ability to roll up sleeves and get things done
- Ability to multi task
- Previous experience working as an Office Manager / Facilities
- Awareness of health and safety requirements
- Outstanding customer service skills
