Role overview:

To ensure delivery of the conferencing service to the customer as per EMCOR’s contractual obligations (in line with KPIs)
What you’ll do:  

Managing a high-quality customer focused Conference and Meeting Room service, providing support across the site Completing regular housekeeping checks throughout the Conference and Meeting room complex to deliver a seamless meeting room experience to all internal and external users Ensuring the rooms are managed and maintained to a high standard Liaising closely with catering, IT and maintenance teams to provide any support required Setting and re-setting of conference and meeting rooms in a timely fashion. Ensuring that during the working day, meeting rooms are clean, tidy and available for use Be the first point of contact for all meeting room issues, providing timely response and co-ordination of remedial works Reporting faults immediately through the FM Helpdesk Advising users on meeting room usage and suitability and provide front line technical support and replacement of meeting room consumables Communicate with customers face-to-face and/or over the telephone to ensure a professional and polite service delivery To assist building 5 receptionists, mailroom and the logistics team with their duties as and when required. Job role involves ensuring all meeting rooms are prepped and ready for use, cleaned down following meetings. Some technical assistance on video conferencing may be required, but only low level. Ensure all meeting space kitchens are fully stocked for the day Any ad-hoc cleaning which may be required is completed. Would be covering reception at points - Lunch breaks etc
