**Driving license preferred but not essential**
Our client is a well-established, independent multi-branch sales and lettings agent currently looking to add a Property Coordinator to their busy lettings department based in West Bromwich
We are looking for a well-motivated, organised and committed individual with basic knowledge of property administration to join their property maintenance team
The role will involve a number of duties including;
- Liaising between landlords, tenants and service providers to organise maintenance/repairs
- Organising variety of property management tasks including; EICR’s, gas certificates and EPCs
- Ensuring all processes carried out are compliant with legislation
- Ensuring the computer system is updated with all activities undertaken
- Professional and well presented
- Confident in communicating with customers and colleagues at all levels
- Thorough approach to all tasks undertaken with a keen eye for detail
- Positive, committed and determined with a ‘Can Do’ attitude
- Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team
- Securing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Fully IT literate
