Service Desk Analyst - Skills and Experience Required
- Previous support desk experience
- Good customer facing skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Service Desk Analyst - Desirable Skills
- Experience of writing SQL queries for Oracle/MSSQL databases
- Knowledge of Linux OS and basic commands
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, Bash
- SharePoint
- Project Management

Key Responsibilities:

- Use of Jira to log and progress support tickets
- Investigate and resolve 1st and 2nd line support issues
- Ensure that support incidents are handled within SLA
- Escalate issues to the Support Supervisor as necessary
- Participate in the out of hours on call rota once at required level of expertise
- Provide assistance and advice to other members of the support team
- Maintain and update existing support documentation and create new documentation as required
