Service Desk Analyst | 1st Line Support | Central Bristol / Hybrid | £27,000 - £30,000
We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join a well established team supporting 1st line support with 2nd line support as well. This business has a clear path for someone joining to move from Service Desk to Desktop or Network.
- You will be working in a busy service desk environment offering 1st line support to internal users.
- Escalating issues up to 2nd or 3rd line as required and managing the ticket through to completion.
What experience do you need?
- Experience troubleshooting Microsoft products
- Experience working within a windows environment
- Experience using ticketing systems
- Experience with Active Directory
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
