No Experience required, Full training will be provided:

- Your Apprenticeship:_ L3 Digital Marketing (Duration is 12-15 months)

This Level 3 Digital Marketing apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to become an effective digital marketer - and immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry.

You’ll get hands-on experience in all areas of digital marketing, from content creation to social media, SEO, and advanced analysis. The curriculum is designed around standards set by industry leaders to deliver the knowledge and practical skills employers need most.

**Responsibilities & Accountabilities**
- Support the creation and execution of digital marketing content and communication campaigns
- Support in the development of digital marketing content - including blogs, newsletters, case studies, customer surveys
- Digital channels: support the update of website and social media content when required
- Support the organisation of and attend, where necessary, the various conference/ trade shows/ exhibitions/ awards and sponsoring activities

**2. Customer marketing - digital support**
- Support in the implementation of key customer marketing activities and
- Support the organisation of customers events/ seminars from a digital side
- Support the sales and commercial team with requests for marketing material such as merchant social media assets and customer-focused digital collateral

**3. Internal communications**
- Plan & post content on Yammer - the Knauf internal platform - as well as reviewing on a regular basis performance and aligning with other departments for key topics to discuss.
- Maintain the digital element of the Knauf intranet

**4. General**
- Support in the evaluation, measurement, and analysis of the success of digital communications activities and identify actions for improvements
- Support the creation of various reports and presentations (monthly marketing report / marketing presentations) and attend the monthly marketing meeting as well as the Communications and Digital team meeting

**Knowledge, Experience & Attributes**
- Excellent level of written and spoken English
- Confident with a proactive, positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable with MS Office suite (Excel, Word and PPT) and PC literate
- Willingness to learn in a digital marketing environment
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
