As a **Marketing Admin Apprentice**, you will be supporting our Marketing team whilst also working towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship

What you’ll be doing
- Be the point of contact for the daily spend activities within the department.
- Create requisitions.
- Have responsibility for the workflow and the good receipting of invoices.
- Chase various stakeholders to ensure the process is followed.
- Support the organisation and coordination of the various conferences/ trade shows/ exhibitions/ awards and sponsoring activities.
- Coordinate the activities with the mail house and look after the storage room.
- Support the creation of various reports and presentations (monthly marketing report / marketing presentations,)
- Support with the CPD process primarily with the creation of the CPD certificates
- Organise travel where/when relevant.
