We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior PPC Executive with a strong focus on Google Ads to join our talented team. If you're passionate about digital marketing, have a keen eye for data analysis, and want to kickstart your career in PPC advertising, this role is perfect for you.

As a Junior PPC Executive at Paramount Digital you will play a crucial role in optimising and managing Google Ads campaigns for our clients. You will work closely with our senior PPC team to execute strategies that drive traffic, leads, and conversions. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the setup and optimisation of Google Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and ad copywriting to create high-performing ads.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages to improve click-through rates and conversions.
- Assist in budget management, ensuring optimal allocation of ad spend.
- Regularly report on campaign performance to clients and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Google Ads updates to implement best practices.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Strong interest in digital marketing and a desire to specialise in PPC advertising.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads and digital advertising concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Google Ads certification (or willingness to obtain certification within the first 3 months).

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
