Then look no further... we are looking for someone to join our team as an Inbound Sales Representative and be apart of an exciting opportunity to engage with customers and also clients in Liverpool and Manchester, creating new exciting relationships to help our company expand

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at driving sales through exceptional customer interactions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries, showcasing a deep understanding of our products/services and their value propositions.
- Identify customer needs effectively and recommend the perfect stay tailored to each customer.
- Nurture relationships with prospects by providing ongoing support and information to guide them through the purchasing process.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to share market insights, customer feedback, and product enhancement suggestions.
- Consistently achieve and surpass individual sales targets, contributing to the company's growth through outstanding results.
- Create a new client base to help expand the business, attending meetings and forming new relationships with our clients old and new
- Be able to communicate well and effectivly

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in an inbound sales or customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and engaging demeanor.
- Active listening skills to identify customers and effectively communicate the benefits of our products/services.
- Customer-centric focus with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Adaptability and resilience to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate various software platforms.
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets and achieve sales success.
- Communicate effectivly with clients and customers alike
- Wide knowledge of Liverpool and Manchester, for up coming events and accomodations
