This internationally acclaimed architectural studio is on the lookout for a Studio Coordinator to become a central figure in their London team. Your role would be to provide essential support to the Studio Manager, Project Leads, and their various teams, playing a pivotal role in maintaining the studio's efficiency and attention to detail.

Some of your responsibilities will include coordinating studio diaries and meetings, liaising with the Office Manager daily about office needs, and executing business priorities and long-term studio initiatives. Additionally, your role will cover maintaining a pristine studio environment, processing expenses, and booking travel arrangements.

Beyond these standard duties, you will also be involved in document management, liaising with clients, contractors and others, as well as stepping in to cover reception duties when needed. As an integral part of the team, you will also play a role in events and training management, assisting with preparations.

The ideal individual for this role will have an excellent command of English, both verbal and written, proficiency in a foreign language is a bonus. Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and InDesign, are essential, and experience in a similar role within architecture, engineering, or construction would be advantageous.
