We are currently representing a talented Architectural Practice based in Central London that are actively looking for a Studio Coordinator / Studio Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Studio Coordinator / Studio Manager tojoin and be part of a talented, award-winning team.

The Studio Coordinator / Studio Manager is a will be responsible for working proactively across all teams to coordinate day-to-day activities. The successful Studio Coordinator / Studio Manager requires knowledge, experience and awareness of Health & Safety,HR, general management and administrative support, time management as well as budget and price control.

**Studio Coordinator / Studio ManagerPosition Overview**
- General managerial and administrative support in a creative studio
- General understanding of H&S and HR
- Budget and price control
- Time Management / Project Accounting software
- Business development and events management
- Manage all front of house and studio operational responsibilities
- Assist the management team in creating and maintaining a culture based on the Company Values and ensure it is aligned to the firm's Vision

**Studio Coordinator / Studio ManagerPosition Requirements**
- Similar professional experience working within a Creative Environment
- Knowledge and experience within Health & Safety, HR, Rapport3 (or similar software)
- Living in or around the London area
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication
- Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 2013

**Studio Coordinator / Studio ManagerPosition Remuneration**
- Salary; £32K - £36K
