**Key responsibilities of the roles are**:
- To take ownership of, and resolve, allocated Incidents and Service Requests raised by users through the IT Service desk
- To complete and update documentation and Wiki.
- To occasionally assist with Project Work as required by the IT Project Team
- Have good customer service skills
- Ability to Drive (manual) between sites where required
This is a highly technical role and substantial previous Desktop Support experience is essential, ideally gained within a healthcare environment. Applicants should hold relevant technical certifications such as CompTIA A+ and MCSA: Windows 7/10.
Desktop Operations is made up of individuals who have a flexible approach and a “can do” attitude. The team is very friendly and has years of knowledge and experience we are willing to share.
