We are now seeking a Technical Coordinator to join our team in Torquay on a permanent, full-time basis.

**The Role**

As a Technical Coordinator, you will support pre-development projects during the design stage, from planning submission through to starting on-site.

At the construction stage, you will provide technical support to the project team, ensuring that our targets are achieved. You will ensure that all relationships with external design team members are positive and professional whilst providing excellent site support to construction teams during the construction stage.

Alongside contributing to the smooth-running of projects, you will also attend monthly meetings, work to ensure customer expectations are met, and maintain great working relationships with internal and external staff.

**About You**

To be considered as a Technical Coordinator, you will need:

- Experience in the construction industry, ideally home-building and/or experience in a consulting position
- The ability to work within a project team environment
- The ability to create and form relationships with external consultants and other departments
- The ability to work within agreed budgets
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Teams
- A full, valid driving licence
