Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for a supply chain administrator on behalf of a successful international manufacturer based in Radcliffe. This position is a 6-12 month temporary contract with a look to start in in February 2024.

The role:
To assist in the planning of production, ensuring that a good quality service in provided to their customers and that all of their products meet the ISO 9001 standard.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the planning team in planning of factory shop orders.
- Support the planning team in planning of herbals orders.
- Support planning team in making amendments to orders in line with customer requests.
- Supporting the department with ad hoc tasks/requests.
- Support wider supply chain team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
- To work closely with scentmakers in Supply Chain, Quality, Analytical, EU Sales, Export Sales and Operations
- Good organisational skills.
- Good written, verbal and numeracy skills.
- Positive commitment to providing a quality service.
- Able to work under pressure and maintain deadlines.
- Able to demonstrate a positive professional attitude.
- Similar experience in a manufacturing company.

**Benefits**:
£24,000-£27,000pa (weekly pay through the agency)

Holidays 20 days plus BH, after 3 months increase to 25 days plus bank holidays

Pension

Hours are Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm Friday 8.30am - 2.45pm, 37.5 paid per week
