Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Loading and Unloading

Safely load and unload vehicles, ensuring that all products are properly secured and accounted for.

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory levels, using our computer systems to track and manage stock.

Order Fulfillment

Process and fulfill customer orders, ensuring that all products are delivered on time and in good condition.

Supply Chain Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers, negotiating prices and ensuring that all products meet our quality standards.

Customer Service

Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving any issues that may arise.

General Warehouse Duties

Perform general warehouse duties, including cleaning and maintaining the warehouse, and assisting with other tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Communication Skills

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.

Organizational Skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

Teamwork

A team player, with a positive attitude and a willingness to assist colleagues as needed.

Physical Ability

Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
