Nursery Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our unique early childhood education setting. Our nursery combines traditional preschool education with the wonders of the natural world, providing a stimulating environment for children to explore and learn.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Oversee daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, and training. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Curriculum Development: Develop and implement an innovative outdoor curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards and incorporates nature-based learning.
- Health and Safety: Ensure all health and safety regulations are met. Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging learning space.
- Parent and Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress. Promote the nursery within the local community.
- Administrative Duties: Manage financials, budgets, enrolment, and supplies, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Hold a full and relevant early years childcare qualification, level 3 or above.
- Experience in a leadership role within an early childhood education setting. Experience with nature-based programs is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of early childhood education standards and practices.
