Payroll Co-ordinator

JGA are pleased to be working with a national leading property organisation who are seeking a talented payroll specialist to become their new payroll co-ordinator.
In this role you will:

- Assisting the payroll manager in processing 10 UK monthly employee payroll end to end process across ten payrolls using Cascade Payroll.
- Effectively plan and manage own workload, managing, servicing and delivering payroll to agreed deadlines.
- Validating and inputting all data received to agreed deadlines
- Inputting of monthly payroll data into the payroll system
- Processing new starters, leavers and contract changes.
- Inputting, calculation and recording of statutory payments such as SMP
- Processing and submission of relevant HMRC forms including RTI P45, P46 etc.
- Assisting year-end payroll procedures and completion of Class 1A NIC's and P11Ds
- Providing the monthly payroll reports to finance and providing detailed information to support understanding of payroll costs.
