The Client:

Our client is a reputable accountancy firm, providing a complete spectrum of business and advisory services to its clientele.

The Role:

As a Payroll Administrator, you will be handling payroll clients from start to finish, including various pension schemes.

Responsibilities:

Processing BACs payments for clients.
Communicating with HM Revenue & Customs.
Liaising with managers, team members, and clients for payroll inquiries and reporting.
Addressing employee queries and maintaining client relationships.
Maintaining department files, records, and databases.
Handling ad hoc queries and tasks on spreadsheets/documents for analysis.
Assisting managers and team members with organisational tasks.
Providing recommendations to enhance client payroll procedures.

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role.
Math and English GCSE A-C or equivalent.
Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
CIPP qualifications would be beneficial.
