**Care Coordinator**

**£24,000 - £25,000 per annum**

Manorcourt Homecare are recruiting for a care coordinator to join our Live-In team on a hybrid basis with travel required to our central office in Colchester and other branches across Norfolk and Essex.

Working as part of a team you will be required to support the care team, planning their rotas, liaising with our clients and being a reliable point of contact for any enquiries that come into the office.

Our coordinators are at the front line of the service we offer and the ability to communicate effectively is essential. Experience as a coordinator or as a healthcare assistant is an advantage although full training will be provided.
