**Recruitment Coordinator, Overseas Team**

**Contract**: Permanent

**Location**: Colchester

This is a unique opportunity to join Care UK’ s overseas recruitment team and take ownership of managing the co-ordination of the overseas recruitment projects, ensuring the process is managed effectively and in a timely manner.

To undertake extensive administrative tasks ensuring the smooth delivery of our overseas recruitment projects. Your role will be heavily focused on coordinating overseas health care professional’s relocation to the UK which includes supporting with traveland accommodation bookings and itineraries.

The post holder will be flexible, adaptable and must possess a high standard of organisational and time management skills, as well as attention to detail. You'll have extensive experience of working in administrative support role.

You are a confident communicator with excellent telephone manner, and you have a personal drive for high work standards and have a great attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate offer letters, loans, and repayment letters
- Book travel and accommodations for arrivals, trainings, and exams
- Deliver high quality customer service and extensive pastoral support for a smooth relocation, including support opening bank account and registering with the nearest GP
- Update and maintain recruitment trackers used to monitor recruitment progress
- To support the Overseas Recruitment Partner with any other administration support
