KTM Care Ltd are a friendly and family-run care service for all who specialise in Autism. We provide high-quality support for individuals aged 4 and above.

We are seeking to recruit an "Activity & Start Up Co-ordinator" to help us expand our Alternative Education service - could this be you?

Full-time, Predominantly Monday to Friday, You will organise and set up new activities for the Alternative Education Service and help to start up new children and young adults into the service.

The service is Colchester based, although there maybe travelling involved to transport service users to and from the different activities / KTM sites. The young people we support have all been excluded / cannot attend education in the formal way so we provide a complete alternative far from the norm Lots of energetic activities, planning Individual life skills sessions, creating opportunities to learn personal skills, IT Skills training.

Previous experience in this field is essential, either in an education or children setting.

Specialist Training is provided is provided and essential for the development of this role.

Some experience of working in care / social care and complex challenging behaviour is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
