You will be organised, have strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner, willingness to learn, IT literate, good knowledge of using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and the ability to work independently.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answering the phone and greeting clients for meetings.
- Diary management.
- Preparing Tax returns and accounts covering letters.
- Setting up new clients.
- Ordering office supplies and scanning.
This is an exciting opportunity if you are looking for your first office position or a school leaver who is keen to learn and develop.
All training provided.
Role: Office Assistant
Location: Hildenborough, Tonbridge
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm **9 month FTC**
**Salary**: Up to £21k DOE
