About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service via phone and email, resolving complaints, and escalating issues when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support via phone and email
  • Assist customers with their inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when necessary
  • Stay up-to-date with industry-specific knowledge and company products/services
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally via email/telephone
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office - full training is given
