As a Customer Service Representative at Maxwell Bond, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and information on our products, promotions, pricing, and policies via phone, email, and chat.

Working alongside our friendly and collaborative finance team, you'll handle enquiries, process orders, modifications, and returns, and resolve complaints.

You'll keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.

About you:

  • You have proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center, with the ability to manage diverse tasks, from assisting healthcare professionals to handling consumer loan queries.
  • You'll have great communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain professionalism in challenging situations.
  • You're proficient in MS Office, able to multitask effectively, and have demonstrated the ability to learn new processes quickly.
