Job Summary:

This is a key role that requires a flexible and proactive approach to delivering exceptional customer service. As a representative of the John Lewis Partnership, you will be responsible for providing a high level of service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with stock control, cashiering, and other tasks as required, ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Full valid UK manual driving licence with no more than six points.
  • 18 years old or over.
  • Previous experience in a driving role and knowledge of chilled vehicles desirable.
