Customer Service Representative

This is a key role that requires a flexible and proactive approach to delivering exceptional customer service. As a representative of the John Lewis Partnership, you will be responsible for providing a high level of service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with stock control, cashiering, and other tasks as required, ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Full valid UK manual driving licence with no more than six points.
- 18 years old or over.
- Previous experience in a driving role and knowledge of chilled vehicles desirable.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.47.
- 37.5 hours per week, with various hours on a rota basis, including evenings and weekends.
