If the answer is yes to the above, then we want to hear from you Autoright is now looking to recruit a new Office Assistant with prior Customer Service experience to join our team.
**The position**
Duties include, but are not restricted to the following:
- Creating job files when notified of a new repair instruction
- Answering telephones
- Liaising with customers
- Arranging collection/delivery of customer vehicles
- Processing vehicles when they arrive on site
- Update clients every three days on repair progress
- Contact customers for feedback and obtain positive online reviews
- Handle any customer complaints through to resolution
- Keep management software completely up to date on a regular basis
- Coordinate use of subcontractors
- Upon job completion, check that all elements of job specification have been completed and quality control process has been checked and signed off
- Prepare collection note for customers & handover of vehicle
- Advertising damaged/surplus parts on eBay including packaging and dispatch
- General administrative duties
**Our requirements**
At least 5 years previous experience of working with members of the public in a contact facing role. An ability to use listening, talking and emotional intelligence skills to resolve customer enquiries is desirable.
The ability to be assertive and confident to control calls or face to face meetings to a successful conclusion.
A strong desire to deliver excellent customer service to a wide range of customers while remaining professional in difficult situations.
Understands the principles of excellent customer service including listening to customers and colleagues and using feedback to improve services.
We expect you to demonstrate skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:

- A keen eye for detail.
- Quality control awareness.
- Good communication skills.
- A strong work ethic.
- Reliability.
- Full driving license.
