We have an exciting opportunity to work alongside our People & Culture Director at Zendbox. Your main duties include overseeing the running and operations of the office, whilst supporting internal communications, people administration, company events and the setup of new offices as we move from a start-up to medium-sized company.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Streamline Office Operations: Organise the office environment and provide essential support to staff, optimising daily procedures.
- Executive Assistance: Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel and meeting room bookings for senior executives.
- Internal Communications: Assist in maintaining a prompt and effective flow of internal communications within the company. To include the creation and design of the company intranet.
- Data Compilation: Conduct research and compile data as needed to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Document Management: Create, edit, and update spreadsheets and presentations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Meeting and Customer Visit Support: Assist with meeting setup and shutdown, including organising refreshments and ensuring seamless logistics.
- Office Supplies Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies, including refreshments, to ensure a well-equipped workspace.
- Office Environment maintenance: Ensure our working and restoring environments are set up and maintained, ready for staff to use.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain office equipment such as copiers and fax machines, promptly addressing requests or issues.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with established policies and standards.
- Meet and Greet: Welcome and guide all guests to their respective meeting spaces upon arrival.
- Design and organise company events.
- People Administration and assistance: Support staff with company policy queries, onboarding and offboarding support.
- Maintain people database: Ensure database is kept up to date so reporting can be carried out accurately.

**Skills**:

- Proven Experience: Demonstratable experience in an office assistant, personal assistant, or related administrative role.
- Equipment Proficiency: Familiarity with various office equipment and their operation.
- Office Management Expertise: A solid understanding of office management procedures.
- Organisational Prowess: Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Analytical Thinker: Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving aptitude.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proof reading.

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
