SER are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants for an SEN school in Tonbridge. This is an ambitious school for children and young people aged 2-19 with profound, severe and complex needs. - Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
- Ages: EYFS - KS5
- SEN: PMLD (profound multiple learning difficulties)
- Hours: 08:30 - 15:30 (Full & Part-Time)
- Rate: 12:31pr hr (+ holiday pay)
- Location: Tonbridge
- Professional and caring individual
- Have a good understanding about safeguarding and working with vulnerable children
- Flexible, adaptable and be able to use own initiative
- Must be comfortable with personal care (toileting)
- Moving and Handling (incl. Hoists) beneficial but not essential

As the range of pupil’s ages and SEN requirements vary, I am looking for flexible team members who are confident to work across all aspects of SEN and all key stages.
- Be able to commit to working the hours specified above.
- If you have been a UK resident for less than 5 years, a right to work visa must be provided and a criminal background check certificate must be provided for any country resided in for 6 months or more within the past 5 years.
- Provide all required documentation (ID, Qualifications)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £12.31 per hour

- Tonbridge, Kent: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
