**Role Outline**

This position is based at our clients site in Rosyth and is a full time postion. You will support the Occupational Health (OH) Clinical Team by performing all aspects of Administration work required to ensure successful running of the OH service.

You will be responsible for co-ordinating and maintainng the diaries for the clinical staff. Assist with the production of OH monthly reports and statistics and also assist with auditing the system.

You will order any reqiured consumables and manage stock levels, take telpehone messages and carry out general reception duities.

**Salary**

The salary for this positon is £22,503 per annum
