- **We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life of our clients in** Waltham Forest.** Every one of our clients is unique and special, the joy and comfort our clients receive from one of our **_Care Professionals_** visiting them makes this an incredibly rewarding job.

As well as gaining fulfilment for yourself, you will be really helping to reduce periods of loneliness and making a huge difference, your visits are so important to our clients.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Reflect the core values of Home Instead
- Contribute to a positive living environment to enhance a client’s quality of life
- Document daily activities and report any significant changes in a client’s needs or living conditions
- Maintain regular communication with line manager and office staff

**Essential Criteria**
- A passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service
- Ability to treat and care for clients and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to listen, communicate clearly and build professional relationships with clients and their families in a friendly and pleasant manner
- Respect for people with different backgrounds and beliefs to your own and who may have a range of medical conditions. Commitment to non-discriminatory care practice
- Willing to seek guidance when needed and follow instructions
- You must be reliable, trustworthy and an excellent time keeper
- Live within Waltham Forest

**Qualifications**:

- Willingness to travel to clients homes
- You will be required to undergo a full DBS check
