About this client/child:
Our client Ben is 13 years old; he is well known to Snap Care; we have had the pleasure of working with Ben since he was very young.
Ben has Cerebral Palsy and a developmental delay, he requires 24/7 care and support to meet all his needs, he is a wheelchair user and receives his nutrition and medication via a gastrostomy.
Ben communicates very well with an Eye Gaze; his home is fully adapted to meet all his needs.Overview of role:
