You will also be required to communicate effectively with out-of-hours services and respond to emergencies as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide overnight support to children and young people, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Engage with children in activities and provide person-centered bedtime routines.

- Communicate effectively with out-of-hours services and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the residential service.
- Experience working with children and young people in a residential setting.
- Knowledge of safeguarding children and ability to follow policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work towards the relevant qualification if not already held.
