Here at Peabody, we have opportunities for **TWO Female Waking Night Support Worker** for a **Supported Housing service. ** The service will support vulnerable women to gain _independence_ and _support_ them holistically to reach their goals and aspirations and move on to _independent living._
- These posts are offered on a permanent basis at our Islington Service. _

**A bit about the role**:
As a** Female Waking Night Support Worker,** you will work you will work with a team of motivated, compassionate, and dedicated colleagues to help _women _prepare to live _independently_.

The **Female Support Worker **will support a case load of women, all with varying needs, so they are ready to live independently after 12-months.

- The service will run on a rolling rota basis with variable shifts Mon-Sun._

**Some of the key results for the role include: **
- Working closely with your colleagues and a range of external agencies in engaging in their support programme and achieving their goals. Planning and delivering fun and meaningful activities for women living at the project, whilst adhering to safeguarding and health and safety procedures. Keeping the project clean and tidy- Bring a discreet and sensitive approach with strong professional boundaries and be able to confidently deal with tense and difficult situations.
- Having an understanding of safeguarding and knowledge of the benefit system (is desirable but not essential)._
- This role will require an Enhanced DBS check. _
