Key Account Executive

You will be reporting to one of our Senior Ecommerce Trading Executives, who will support you to succeed in the role.
**Responsibilities of our Key Account Executive**:
- Manage and enhance the Pavers, Jones Bootmaker, and Herring Shoes presence across branded marketplace accounts, actively auditing websites and proposing change and closer collaboration to improve performance and maximise sales
- Work hard to build close working relationships with key partner accounts so that we benefit from preferred partner status
- Develop critical paths and identify key milestones for all key stakeholders to work to, for both new and existing marketplace channels
- Work closely with internal trading, planning, merchandising, and buying teams to understand what/when/how to improve revenue opportunities
- Ensure that all product information and imagery is up to date, accurate and in keeping with all necessary standards
- Actively research and initiate discussions with new marketplaces, approaching opportunities with a commercial mindset and using analytical skills to present opportunities to key stakeholders
- Work with our Creative team to ensure suitable brand assets are available in a timely fashion
- Create and manage a directory of all marketplaces and partner sites, including key contacts and commercial agreements
- Work closely with the Senior Ecommerce Trading Executive for Marketplaces to optimise performance in line with our strategic goals
**Requirements to be our Key Account Executive**:
- Have strong experience in building and managing relationships, with a trading mentality and a commercial approach to business
- Have 1-2 years’ experience in marketing/trading and have the drive to further your career in this area
- Previous Brand Partnership/Account Management experience preferred
- You’ll need to be highly analytical, be able to work at a fast pace and adapt to an ever-changing retail trading environment
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential to maximise website performance, driving those all-important sales and aiding in the delivery of sales and profit growth in line with the business’s 5 year marketing plan
- Strong MS Excel skills and a high attention to detail

**Salary**: circa £25,000(pro rata as the role is part time) depending on experience
