Main Duties:

- **Outbound Calls**: Conduct outbound calls to arrange follow-up appointments, repeat prescriptions, and engage in patient retention efforts, enhancing overall conversion rates.**:

- **Continuing to reach out to patients who have not yet completed their registration.**:

- **Follow up late or DNA appointments and missed opportunities.**:

- Reporting**: Generate accurate and timely end-of-week reports, keeping track of outbound appointment bookings.**:

- Patient Record Maintenance**: Accurately maintain patient records, including appointments, communication notes, financial transactions, and other administrative duties.**:

- Payment Processing**: Facilitate patient payments through iZettle and Barclays software, ensuring appointments or prescription requests proceed only upon successful payment.**:

- **Keeping up to date knowledge of products and treatments.**:

Additional responsibilities:

- **Patient Feedback**: Solicit and record patient feedback, identifying areas for improvement and escalating priority issues to high-level management.
- **GDPR Compliance**: Monitor and report any GDPR breaches to management promptly.**:

- **Being competent in handling patient general enquiries, appointment types and time frames.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
