The Devonshire Clinic is a private dermatology clinic situated in the centre of the Harley Street Medical district in London. Our team of highly experienced dermatologists provide specialised treatment solutions across our three core specialities - skin cancer, medical dermatology and cosmetic dermatology.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent high quality patient service, to include greeting patients and addressing patient enquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle incoming calls and direct as appropriate
- Efficiently co-ordinate patient appointments and procedures
- Serve as liaison between patients, dermatologists and other medical professionals to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Implement all administrative processes along the patient pathway to ensure the patients journey is managed efficiently and smoothly
- Day to day diary management
- Ensure that all invoicing and billing is completed promptly and accurately at all times
- Teamwork and communication

**Skills required**:

- Have a positive attitude, be friendly and welcoming and enjoy face-to
- face interaction with patients
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Awareness of importance of patient confidentiality
- Awareness and understanding of CQC regulation

This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday within a small admin team.

**Salary**: From £25,000 per annum
