**Exciting Opportunity: Admin Assistant (Part Time)**
**This is an opportunity to become a full time role**
Join a dynamic, family-run organisation in Bolton. General Traffic Ltd., a leading supplier of automotive spares in the North and Midlands, is seeking an experienced admin assistant to be part of our growth.
Working closely with Transport and HR, you’ll play a key role in performing essential office duties and tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ensure information handled is kept private and confidential.
- To record information over the phone or in person accurately.
- IT literate - able to use Microsoft Excel and Outlook as part of daily tasks.
- Ability to carry out daily office duties such as filing, input data and process invoices.
- Keen eye for attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- You may be required to drive at times to transport vehicles to various branches as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- A Full driving licence and over 2 years driving experience is required.
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
**This is a part time role which could eventually grow into a full time position.**
Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (To agree part time hours within these office hours)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
