We are currently recruiting for a fantastic client based in central Maidenhead who is seeking a strong administrator to join their HR and Finance team to provide admin support for their payroll, HR and accounts function.
You will be joining a highly reputable business who have been operating for more than 60 years Our wonderful client is based in central Maidenhead with free parking available, excellent working hours and company benefits and a great team of professional individuals.
Job duties:
- Providing administrative support for HR and Payroll
- Preparing and collating monthly payroll information
- Maintaining employee and personnel records
- Providing admin support to the accounts team, assisting with bank reconciliations, loading payments etc
- Updating systems, handling high volumes of data and working on Excel
**Requirements**:
- Strong admin experience
- Ideally experience with payroll and/or accounts admin
- Confident with working in a fast paced environment
- Experience with working in a highly regulated environment
