Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead job postings, interview coordination, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
HR Systems & Records: Manage employee data using Employment Hero and process payroll changes accurately.
Payroll & Benefits: Administer payroll (Sage 50), pensions, private medical insurance, and more.
Employee Relations: Learning & Development: Coordinate training and professional development initiatives.
HR Projects: Contribute to exciting HR initiatives and process improvements.

Previous experience in an HR officer/administrator or similar role.
Proficiency in HR systems (Employment Hero, Sage 50) is a plus.
