Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in providing strategic HR advice and support to employees, line managers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR advisory services to employees, ensuring they are fully aware and understand their policies, processes, and entitlements.
  • Partner with line managers to effectively manage employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, performance management, and capability investigations.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to support Diversity & Inclusion, CSR, Employee Engagement & Wellbeing throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment to wider business initiatives and drive operational excellence.
  • Monitor, review, and update HR policies in line with current legislation and best practice.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including line managers, HR colleagues, and other corporate services functions.
Requirements
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of European employment law and HR policies.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage high workloads and prioritize tasks effectively.
